2. By joining and accessing our site, Spirit Lights The Way, you are agreeing to, and fully accepting, our Terms
and Conditions of use. We recommend that you check these Terms and Conditions
for any changes, as we reserve the right to make amendments, and changes to them at any given time. If for any reason you
do not agree in full to these Terms and Conditions you must not use, or access the site thereafter.
3. Links displayed to other websites are there for your general information and use. Spirit Lights The Way will
not be held accountable for any content from these sites. Usage of other sites is at your own risk.
4. When using our live chat rooms, and message boards in anyway, you agree not to use any sexual or explicit
language or other material. No malicious, abusive, threatening, or racist comments will be tolerated.
5. On joining this website you will be asked to supply details
for registration. These are minimal and basic details, which we will not forward on to other parties. Personal information
which you display within your own profile is done so at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you do not give out personal
information such as home address, telephone numbers, msn contact details. This is for your own personal safety.
6. When registering on our message boards, or live chat rooms, you are permitted to only one account. If at
any time you wish to change your username, have your details removed by choice, then please contact a site administrator.
7. It is your sole responsibility to keep your username and password details confidential and safe. If you discover
any usage on your account which you have not given permission for it is your responsibility to contact a site administrator
at your earliest convenience. Spirit Lights The Way will not be held responsible for any unauthorised usage on your account.
8. Any readings of any kind, obtained on our message boards, or live chat rooms on Spirit Lights The Way are
offered and given to you as entertainment only. In no way will Spirit Lights The Way be held responsible for any problems
which may arise from these readings. You obtain these readings at your own risk.
9. You will only be permitted to receive one reading per month. You may only request a reading once you have
made 35 posts or more on our forums. This will also be applicable to reading nights in our live chat rooms.
10. You must not request readings from any member, or staff member by email or PM. You must request your reading
in the appropriate forum. There are approved readers on site, and readings will not be permitted to be given from anyone else
until they become an approved reader.
